As a Junior (2011)
Started at forward in all 17 of Loma’s matches… fired 42 shots on the year with 19 on goal… the team’s second-leading scorer netted six goals to register 12 points on the year… scored a hat trick against Southern Nazarene on Sept. 3… was named a GSAC and NAIA Scholar-Athlete.
As a Sophomore (2010)
Was on the pitch for 13 matches, making 11 starts, but was hampered by injury… despite this was team’s top scorer with seven goals, two assists and 16 total points… took 26 shots on the year with 16 on the mark… two goals twice, on Aug. 27 against Indiana Wesleyan and Sept. 21 versus Marymount… other scores were at CSU San Marcos (Sept. 15), versus Concordia (Sept. 29) and at Fresno Pacific (Oct. 30).
As a Freshman (2009)
Immediately began stepping up as a freshman for the Sea Lions, appearing in all 15 of the squad’s contests while starting eight games…shares the honor of most points last season for a returner (7) which came through three goals and an assist.
Prior to PLNU
Played forward at Red Mountain High School in Arizona… earned four varsity letters… scored 29 goals and had 15 assists in senior season… named East Valley Player of the Year… Tribune All-State Player of the Year and Scholar Athlete… scored a hat-trick in state playoffs… led club team to 2008 state title.

Born January 8, 1991, in Covina, Calif… son of George and Carolyn… has two older sisters, Kristen and Nicole, and a younger brother, Kelvin… mother played basketball and lacrosse in college… came to PLNU for soccer, good education and good environment… favorite food is Pizza… favorite movie is Happy Gilmore… favorite TV show is "CSI"… favorite player and person he would most like to meet is Thierry Henry… Austin is a bio-chem major with hopes of becoming a doctor.
