Brett Evans has served as a PLNU Men's Soccer Assistant Coach for the past 10 seasons, including in 2023 and 2024 when Point Loma won its first two conference championships in program history.
The Sea Lions have made three NCAA postseason appearances during Evans' tenure, including in each of the past two seasons. That includes in 2023, when PLNU picked up its first ever NCAA postseason victory.
Over the past 10 seasons, Point Loma has accumulated the most points in conference play of any PacWest school. The Sea Lions have finished in the Top-4 of the conference standings in each of those years, which also includes a pair of runner-up finishes in 2017 and 2021.
