Holdridge returns for his fifth season on the sideline with the Sea Lions. His coaching duties include recruiting, opponent scouting, team travel, skill development, and camp coordination.

During his tenure, PLNU has posted a 44-20-9 record and earned its first trip to the NCAA West Regional (2017). He has helped coach both Wiktor Lasota (GK, 2017) and David Acahaerandio (F, 2019) to All-American honors.
