PLNU Athletics

AS A SOPHOMORE (2011)
Competed in five meets for PLNU…Recorded top 25 finishes at the Biola Invite (23rd) and the Aztec Invitational (24th)…Finished 34th at the GSAC Championships…Also registered a qualifying score for Point Loma at the Willamette Invite…Helped PLNU place fourth at the GSAC Championships.

AS A FRESHMAN (2010)
Competed in five races for his first season at Point Loma with a season best time of 28:51 at the 8K Willamette Invitational... also ran the four mile UCSD race in 24:40... Completed the GSAC Championship in 29:47.

PRIOR TO PLNU
Ran for Coach Cathy Compton and the Vikings for four years, earning two letters… best time was 18:05 in the 5K… says most exciting moment was making the varsity… once broke five minutes in the mile… competed on track team as well as making the honor roll and varsity debate.

PERSONAL
Born February 6, 1992, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, to Mark and Kathy…siblings are Marisa and Kaia… sister ran on Idaho State Champion team in 2006… came to PLNU for the campus and community… admires Steve Prefontaine… likes running, reading and TV…Environmental Science major.
