As a Junior (2011)
 
GSAC Champion in  the decathlon… All-GSAC in the decathlon… GSAC Scholar Athlete… NAIA Scholar Athlete… Best: decathlon 6448,  400 meters 53.86, pole vault 12-7.5, javelin 175-2, long jump 21-6, discus 120-2.

As a Junior (2010)

Did not compete in 2010.

As a Sophomore (2009)
GSAC champion in the decathlon... tallied 6038 points in best effort... top PLNU competitor in 100 hurdles (17.19)... also participated in 1500 meter run (4:38.32),400 meters (53.76), high jump (6-5), shot put (38-7.75), javelin (152-11), long jump (20-5.75), discus (117-1) and triple jump (43-4.25).

Prior to PLNU
Attended Damascus Christian High School and ran track under coach Kelly Holding for three years… earned three varsity letters and third in state in triple jump senior and junior year… lettered two years in both basketball and soccer in high school… participated on the Lane Community College track team for one year under Coach Grady O’Connor… was salutatorian of high school graduation class and on student government for two years.

Personal
Born October 18, 1988 in Anaheim, CA… father is Howard and mother is Laura… four siblings named Leslie, Julianne, Brittany and Alex… came to PLNU for a biology degree and for track & field… favorite food is fettuccine alfredo… favorite book is “Wild at Heart” and favorite music group is All Time Low… greatest sports thrill in high school was winning the basketball state championship junior year… a biology major who wants to become a marine biologist.
