PLNU Athletics

AS A SOPHOMORE (2012):
Member of the Sea Lions' GSAC Champion 4x400m relay team…Group won the meet with a time of 3:17.21…Finished fifth in the high jump at the GSAC Championships (1.90m) and sixth in the 400m with a finals time of 50.93…Posted a career-best time of 49.83 in the 400m in the prelims of the GSAC Championship.

AS A FRESHMAN (2011):
GSAC champion in 4x100 relay… All-GSAC in 4x100 relay… Best: 400 meters 51.82, high jump 6-5, 4x400 3:12.64... an all-GSAC basketball player for PLNU.

PRIOR TO PLNU:
Played basketball for four years, earning three varsity letters at Yale Secondary School under head coach Al Friesen... awarded MVP of Province and Player of the Year in British Columbia his senior campaign... also played soccer, volleyball, football, and ran track at Yale.

PERSONAL:
Born in New Westminster, Canada to Rushia and David... has four siblings: Caleb, Hannah, Abigail, and Linda.. .father and mother were both athletes at Simon Fraser University... greatest sports thrill is winning the state finals in high school... came to PLNU to win a championship...favorite sports team is the Phoenix Suns...Psychology major who desires to become a sports psychologist.
