AS A JUNIOR (2012):
NAIA National Champion in the 400m hurdles…Registered a time of 50.97 in the NAIA finals to with the title and set a new school record…NAIA All-American in the 400m hurdles…Named MVP of the PLNU men's track & field team… NAIA Scholar-Athlete…GSAC Scholar-Athlete…Member of the Sea Lions' GSAC Champion 4x400m relay team that won the conference title with a time of 3:17.21…Won the 400m at the PLNU Collegiate Open and the 100m at the PLNU Collegiate Invite.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2011):
Track & Field's Most outstanding athlete… GSAC Champion and All-GSAC in 400 meter, 4x100 relay, 100 meter, and 400 hurdles… NAIA All American in 400 hurdles…  Best: 100 meters 10.65, 400 hurdles 51.48, 200 meters 21.62, 400 meters 48.11, 110 hurdles 15.24, 4x400 3:12. 64.

AS A FRESHMAN (2010):
Part of conference champion 4x400 meter relay team... also All-GSAC in the 100M, the 400 meter hurdles, the 4x100 meter relay and the 4x400 meter relay... scored the men’s team only point at the NAIA national meet, finishing eighth in the 400 meter hurdles... bests times were 10.88 in the 100 meter, 21.88 in the 200 meter, 49.61 in the 400 meter, 15.62 in the 110 hurdles and 52.65 in the 400 meter hurdles (NAIA qualifying time)... named PLNU's Most Valuable Track Athlete.

PRIOR TO PLNU:
Attended Damascus Christian high school where he ran sprints and hurdles for coach Kelley Holding for four years… earned four varsity letters and most valuable player… best high school performances include 100m (10.92a), 200m (22.27), 300mH (37.80a), 110m hurdles (14.52a), 400mH (56.09a)… most exciting track and field moment was winning three events at Oregon Relays and getting second in one.

PERSONAL:
Born May 19, 1991 in Monterey, CA… mother is Dolores and father is Wayne… one brother, Ryan… hobbies include wake boarding, snowboarding and hanging out with friends… favorite music group is Shawn McDonald and favorite food is, specifically, the Carl’s Jr. double western bacon cheeseburger… came to PLNU for the Christian atmosphere and the sun… a computer science major who would like to go into computer programming or graphic design.
