AS A JUNIOR (2012):
Competed in distance races for the Sea Lions…Primarily in the 1500m and 3k…Posted a career-best time of 4:21.88 in the 1500m…Best time in the 3k came at the PLNU Collegiate Invite with a time of 9:40.42.

PRIOR TO PLNU:
Earned two letters in four years under head coach Chris Lynch...was honored as Most Valuable Player for the Hawks last year.

PERSONAL:
Born on November 3, 1993, in Lake Forest, Calif., to Julie and Matt...has four siblings: Max, Mitchel, Sheila, and Samantha...sister Samantha ran cross country and track at UCSD...chose PLNU because it's a good school and has a Christian environment...Mechanical Engineering and Physics major who aspires to one day serve in the Navy.
