Biography
AS A JUNIOR (2012):
Placed sixth in the llong jump at the GSAC Championships…Helped PLNU's 4x100m relay team finish fifth at the GSAC Championships with a time of 50.71…Finished second in the long jump at the PLNU-Fresno Pacific Dual Meet.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2011):
Ran the 400 meter in 63.51… long jump best was 17-0.
AS A FRESHMAN (2010):
Top marks were: 33-8.75 in the triple jump, 17-4 in the long jump.
PRIOR TO PLNU:
Attended Calvary Christian Academy where she participated in jumps and sprints for three years under Coach Frank Henry… earned three varsity letters, athlete of the year, and all league long jump in 2004 and 2008… also played varsity basketball and ran cross country… was on the honor roll in high school and also made the union tribune all academic team 2008.
PERSONAL:
Born in San Diego, CA… parents are Frank and Jovanna… siblings are Kai-Noa, Kellen, and Daniel… father, Frank, played Canadian League football, while uncle, Vernon Henry played for the San Diego Chargers… came to PLNU because of the Christian environment and because it is close to home… favorite food is mom’s home cooking… favorite movie is A Beautiful Mind and favorite TV show is “Desperate Housewives”… most exciting track and field moment was winning the 200m senior year at league finals… a psychology major who wants to be a youth counselor.
