AS A SOPHOMORE (2015)
PacWest All Academic Selection…Competed in five meets primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m…Season-best time in the 1500m came at the Mangrum Invitational with a mark of 5:09.52…Ran a career-best time of 11:03.06 in the 300m at the Triton Invitational…That mark was over 30 seconds better than her previous personal-record…Ran a season-best time of 20:23.75 in the 5000m at the San Diego Collegiate Challenge.
 
AS A FRESHMAN (2014)
PacWest All Academic Selection…Ran a career-best in the 3000m at the Rossi Relays and in the 5000m at the PacWest Track & Field Outdoor Championships…GPA over 3.9.
 
PRIOR TO PLNU
Ran four years of cross country and three years of track for the Grizzlies under coach Rob Putnam… was named second team all-league as a junior and first team as a senior… best times include 5:30 in the 1600-meter and 11:43 in the 3200m.

Born in San Diego…Math major…parents are Marjie and Paul Richardson… oldest of four siblings: Abby, Aaron and Samuel.
