As a Junior (2010)
Did not compete.
As a Sophomore (2009)
Six races in second campaign… 21:55 time at Willamette Invitational was her best 5K effort… ran 23:40 at the GSAC championship race.
As a Freshman (2008)
Competed in five of the team’s seven races… ran a season-best 5k time of 21:56 at the Willamette Invitational.
Prior to PLNU
Ran cross country and competed in track & field as a Crusader for three years for Coach Fred Largent… voted Most Improved and was third in the triple jump finals two seasons straight... member of Honor Roll and CSF lifetime member.

Born November 18, 1989 in Kealakekua, HI, to Peter and Sally… siblings are Elizabeth and John… most admires Mother Teresa… likes pizza, singing and swimming... a fan of Michal Phelps... likes the movie Ever After… came to PLNU because of the nursing program, “Liv” is a nursing major.
