Amara Terry joined the PLNU Women's Basketball coaching staff as an assistant coach ahead of the 2024-25 season.
She comes to The Point after spending the last two seasons at the University of New Hampshire as the Assistant Coach / Recruiting Coordinator for the Wildcats.
Amara also previously coached at Howard Payne University, Allen Community College, Florida College, Hillsborough Community College and Hillsborough High School.
Her coaching experience has been spent across four different levels - NJCAA, NAIA, NCCAA, and NCAA.
Amara completed a B.S. in Sport Management from Grand Canyon University in 2019 and received a Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon in 2020.
