Played four years of soccer and ran four years of track for the Mustangs… Spent time as a forward and a sweeper… ran sprints and hurdles for coach Keith Thompson… Earned numerous academic honors.

Born in West Covina, Calif. to Bernice and Jesse Avila… has a younger sister named Malia… also a member of the PLNU Women’s Track and Field team... Nursing major who plans to become a nurse practitioner.
