Former PLNU Volleyball libero Christin Fisher returns to her alma mater as an assistant coach for PLNU Volleyball.
Fisher was named 2016 PacWest Libero of the Year, as she finished her career ranked in the top three in program history for digs in a single match (43), digs in a single season (674) and career digs (2,194). The four-year starter also finished her career with the second-most digs in PacWest history.
While at Point Loma, the Sea Lions won the 2013 NCCAA National Championship and reached the 2015 NCAA West Regional.
Christin graduated from PLNU in 2017 with a degree in Business Management and began coaching in 2021 for WAVE Volleyball Club.
In 2022, she served as the head coach of the Torrey Pines High School Novice team and was an assistant coach for the varsity squad. Both teams finished as undefeated league champions, before the varsity team went on to finish as the CIF Open Division Runner-Up and place in the top-five at the CA State Championships.
Fisher started playing volleyball at 10 years old for Viper Volleyball Club. She then graduated from Vista Murrieta High School in 2013.
