Rodden is in her third year as an assistant coach with the Point Loma volleyball team. In addition to her practice duties, she assists as a liaison between the head coach and student-athletes, as well as assisting with the development of the women emotionally, spiritually and mentally.

Prior to joining the Sea Lions' staff, Rodden worked at the Impact Volleyball Academy in Florida for a year, as well as working camps at PLNU, Westmont and Warner. During her time she was coached by USA National Team members Nicole Davis, Jennifer Whitehead, Kyle Robinson and Keith Barnett.

Rodden played her collegiate ball at Warner University where she was a four-year starter. She was a two-time All-Sun Conference performer and was twice named to the Sun Conference All-Academic team. She led the Royals both kills and aces during her time, as well as finishing second in digs and blocks.

Rodden was a Business Administration major with a double minor in Communication and Missions. She is very active in MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) as their Prayer and Care Leader.

Rodden is married to Justin Rodden who is an animal trainer with the Navy's Marine Mammal Program. They have a toddler, Calise Siena Rodden, who loves the beach, and will hopefully be a 2033 recruit!
