Lindsay Honea took off the spikes and put on the coaching hat prior to the 2015 season. She will be back for her second season as assistant coach with the PLNU staff in 2016. After four fantastic seasons on the track for PLNU, including winning the NCCAA heptathlon championship, Honea is now passing on her knowledge to younger Sea Lions. She primarily works with the horizontal jumps and the hurdles.

Honea is a double graduate of Point Loma. She earned her undergraduate degree in Liberal Studies in 2014 and her Master's in Business Administration in 2015.Â
