Tyler Garkow, a senior pitcher from Glendora, Calif. (Charter Oak HS), dominated on the mound against AAU. He struck out six Urban Knights and retired 12 straight batters from the fourth to the eighth inning. The only run he gave up was a solo shot in the ninth, and he allowed only one hit entering the ninth. He is now tied for third in the PacWest with six wins.
