Senior defender Lily Rainey contributed in both games for Point Loma Nazarene last week. Against No. 21-ranked Vanguard, she hammered a free kick from 40 yards for the game-winning goal in the 108th minute of play. She added an assist on the team’s second goal in a 2-2 double-overtime tie at Biola. Rainey was named as the GSAC Offensive Player of the Week.
