Budroe helped the PLNU cross country team secure a fifth place finish at the Triton Invitational and stay in the hunt for an NCAA West Region bid. Budroe placed 38th with a time of 24:00.2 but her finish was crucial as it allowed PLNU to defeat four other NCAA West Region opponents.
