Faith Pearson put her stellar play on display as she tallied her 7th consecutive singles victory against a Warrior opponent from Stanislaus State. This marks the longest individual win streak thus far of the 2021-22 PLNU Men’s and Women’s Tennis season and names her SportClips MVP of the week. 

"Faith has a great balance of patience but also utilizes her offensive abilities to finish points," said PLNU Tennis Head Coach Curt Wheeler  "Her combination of consistency, variety, and ability to finish at the net creates a difficult matchup for her opponents" 

Pearson stole every single game against Sylvanna Talamantes in rapid 6-0, 6-0 succession Saturday, March 26th at the Point. Talamantes got a few touches on her shots but sent the majority out of bounds as Pearson confidently executed her offensive strategies. The Junior out of Murrieta has showcased poised tennis over the course of the season, recognized in her win streak.
