Sea Lion senior left fielder Rashad Taylor was selected as the Golden State Athletic Conference baseball Player of the Week on Monday as well as the PLNU Athlete of the Week.

Taylor hit safely in all four games played last week and helped PLNU post a 3-1 record against Vanguard by hitting .500 (6-for-12) with four runs scored, a double a homer, three RBI, four walks and four stolen bases.

Athletes of the week earn a gift card to Fiji Yogurt on the corner of Midway and Sports Arena Blvd. Thanks to Fiji for sponsoring the athlete of the week!
