SAN DIEGO - The No. 12 ranked Fresno Pacific men's tennis team won an 8-1 decision over Point Loma on Thursday, Mar. 28.
The win moves FPU to 12-6 on the year and drops PLNU to 6-11.
The Sea Lions played very well despite the final score, according to head coach Rich Hills. PLNU's only point came at No. 5 singles. However, it pushed FPU to a third set at No. 3 and No. 6.
Kaptan Kaster earned a 6-3 and 6-4 win over Stefan Loop at No. 5. This was Kaster's third straight singles win.
The Sea Lions' next match will be April 2 as they host Concordia at 2:00 p.m.
