IRVINE, Calif. - The Sea Lions traveled to face Concordia (CA), currently on a 5-0 run in conference play. After taking the first set from the Eagles, PLNU dropped the next three. The Eagles took the match 23-25, 25-17, 25-21, 25-16.
Cara Keturakis would be the only bright spot for the Sea Lions as she earned her second career triple-double, and the first in this season. She tallied 35 assists, 12 digs, and led the team with 10 kills. The team once again struggled with hitting errors and posted a team hitting percentage of only .098.

Turning Point
The Eagles opened the third set 8-2 putting the third set almost completely out of reach and swinging the momentum fully in favor of CUI.
PacWest Implications
The Sea Lions fall to 4-7 on the season and drops them to 12th place in the conference. Concordia (CA) started the season 0-5 in PacWest play and now find themselves in the top half of the conference after 6-straight wins.
