Words from the Hall of Wisdom
On team's energy: "I was really proud of the girls today. I feel like we are starting to gel a little bit. We came out with some grit and energy, and after we figured out they would be very physical, we got our grit back and started competing well against them."
Â
On the defense: "Our defense was strong today.
Brianna Linnell had another good game in goal, which is always crucial. I thought they put together a good game against a very good team."
Â
On the young team: "I think these young players are starting to believe we can do this. That is a big deal. Every match here on out for us is huge but they did what they needed to today against a good team that is going to make noise in this conference."
