SAN DIEGO - Southern Nazarene dealt the Point Loma women's volleyball team their first loss of the season in the ninth match of the 2019 Seaside Invitational.
 
The Crimson Storm were on fire to start the match. They posted 19 kills and just four errors in the first set while hitting at a .326 clip. SNU would carry that momentum into the second and eventually the third set to sweep the Sea Lions.
 
No Sea Lion reached double-figures in kills during the three-set match. Aleix Soncrant paced the Sea Lion in kills for the second time in three matches with nine finishers. Bailee Turang had 10 kills to lead the Crimson Storm.
