Words from Wheeler:
Thoughts on today's match: "San Diego Christian has always been a team that has always played us very tough but it was nice to come back home to a couple of home matches. We did a great job of coming out and getting the double point which is always very important in any match we play. We also had big contributions from the bottom of our lineup today. The four, five, and six singles were the ones that were able to come through in straight sets and help us clinch the match. Our depth proved to be the difference because the top three matches were all very close."
On the team's confidence after their first win: "Today's win will be a big confidence boost for the entire team we started the season with a lot of tough matches, tough away matches. It is nice to come back home and get a strong win on our home turf. It is a good positive vibe going into our next match."
