Strassburger earned a crucial point with a hit between his legs to snatch back the early momentum en route to a 6-3, 6-1 win for the clinching point as Point Loma went up 4 points over the Hawks.

Davis added his 7th singles win of the season with a 6-4, 6-2 victory behind a laser quick serve.

"Luckily, I was able to pull my serve there at the end," Davis said, "I got a few aces that helped me get the easy games going and I was able to find some pressure to his forehand."
