On Saturday, Point Loma swept Fresno Pacific in three sets (25-20, 25-20, 25-20) to extend its winning streak to 10 matches, just one shy of a program-best start to a PacWest season (11 in 2013).

In the first set, the Sea Lions put on an offensive clinic with a .500 attack %, tallying 19 kills and just two errors on 34 attempts.

Defensively, the team improved in each successive set, limiting the Sunbirds to a .205, .200 and .081 attack % in sets one, two and three respectively.

Abigail Nua followed up her 25-kill effort on Tuesday against Westmont with 14 kills in just three sets on Saturday, to go along with her nine digs and two blocks.

Grace Hicks nearly joined her in double figures with nine kills, while
Lauren Phillips dished out 22 assists.

Point Loma (13-4 overall, 10-0 PacWest) stays on the road next week, as PLNU will travel to the Bay Area to take on Dominican on Friday at 7 p.m. before taking on Academy of Art on Saturday at 2 p.m.
