Shayla O'Neil (11 points) and
Ellie Turk (10 points) all scored in double figures and made multiple 3-pointers, as Point Loma shot 46.7% from behind the arc.

Defensively, the Sea Lions held the Mountain Lions to 36.1% shooting overall, including 25.0% from downtown, but were made to pay in the turnover margin.

UCCS won the turnover battle, 19-10, turning that into a 20-11 advantage in points off turnovers.

The hosts led by 10 entering the final quarter before the visitors got to within six in the final period but weren't able to make it a single-possession game.
