Alina Kupfer got the Sea Lions going in singles with her victory at No. 1. She won the first set, 6-4, before her opponent retired.

Anna Pallencaoe then also won by retirement at No. 5, claiming the first set 6-3 before leading 2-1 in the second set.

Quin Brady scored the team's third point, winning in three sets (0-6, 6-4, 7-5) at No. 3.
