(SAN DIEGO) PLNU Women's Soccer has won back-to-back and five of the last six PacWest Conference titles.
The conference coaches expect more of the same in 2025.
Point Loma was picked first in the PacWest Preseason Poll, as announced on Wednesday, claiming nine of 13 first place votes. PLNU tops the poll with 165 points, followed by Concordia (150) and Hawai'i Hilo (148) who each garnered a pair of first place votes.
The Sea Lions went 10-1 in PacWest play a season ago, winning five straight conference matches to close out the regular season.

Alyssa Ketcham,
Gianna Masinter and
Grace Nelson.
In total, the squad brings back 19 players and welcomes nine newcomers, including three transfers and six freshmen.
Point Loma opens its season on the road at Seattle Pacific on Sep. 4 at 7 p.m. before returning to San Diego to host Cal State San Marcos on Sep. 6 at 1 p.m.
