(SAN DIEGO) PLNU Women's Basketball led from start to finish, never trailing in an 87-57 win over Jessup on Thursday afternoon.

Point Loma went on a 13-0 run at end of first quarter before back-to-back 3-pointers from
Izzy Navarro extended PLNU's lead to 20 in the second.

Hannah Golan beat the first half buzzer after stealing the rebound from a Jessup player and laying it in to give PLNU a 53-26 halftime lead. All 10 Sea Lions scored in the first half.

PLNU then extended its lead to as many as 35 after scoring the first eight points of the third quarter.

Tippins and Navarro led the team with 16 points each, while
Maddie Mersch had a double-double of 11 points and 10 rebounds.
Cassidy Bartolotto also scored 11 points, while Vlahov finished with 10 on a perfect 4-for-4 shooting.

PLNU outrebounded Jessup by 20, while dominating in points in the paint (44-20) and bench points (36-17), as the Sea Lions reached double-digit wins on the season.
