(SAN DIEGO) No. 4 PLNU Baseball had its program record 20-game winning streak end on Friday but rebounded with a resounding game two victory, as Point Loma spilt a doubleheader with Azusa Pacific in Carroll B. Land Stadium.
The Sea Lions scored 10 runs in the bottom of the fourth of game two in a 16-5 win, marking the second time PLNU has scored double-digit runs in a single inning this season.
Tristan Moore's grand slam gave Point Loma a lead it wouldn't relinquish, as every Sea Lions starter recorded an RBI in game two.
Moore's bases-clearing homer was PLNU's fifth of the day after the hosts tied its season high with four home runs in game one.

Mason Cook hit back-to-back solo shots in the second inning of the series opener before
Josiah Rodriguez tied it with a two-run blast to left.
Ryan Ruch then added a solo homer of his own on the first pitch of the bottom of the ninth, in APU's 7-6 victory.
Point Loma (25-4 overall, 21-1 PacWest) will travel to play a doubleheader at Azusa Pacific on Saturday, beginning at 2 p.m.
