(ROCKLIN, Calif.) No. 4 PLNU Baseball won the final three games of a four-game set at Jessup to win its penultimate PacWest series.

After the Warriors were walk-off winners in the series opener, 4-3, the Sea Lions stormed back to win the final three games by scores of 8-0, 2-1 and 6-2.

In Friday's game two,
Vaughn Neckar (5.2 IP, 5 K) and
Aiden Cook (1.1 IP, K) combined to throw a two-hitter and complete PLNU's 10th shutout of the season.

Tristan Moore homered, while
Josiah Rodriguez,
Hank Smith and
Aiden Arriaga provided the offense with RBI-doubles.

Point Loma then won a pitcher's duel in the first game on Saturday, with
Glen Huggins throwing six solid innings of one-run ball before
Hank Smith earned the victory with his three shutout innings.

Moore singled in the top of the fifth to score the game's first run before the Sea Lions scored on an error in the seventh. Smith then stranded the bases loaded with a game-ending double play in the bottom of the ninth.

Arriaga,
Owen May, Moore and
Matt Bernath then all recorded RBI-singles in the series finale, with
Devin Norton (6.2 IP, 2 R) earning the win. Moore homered again as well to increase his home run total to 12 on the season.

Point Loma (38-9 overall, 34-6 PacWest) has set a new program record for most PacWest wins in a season.

PLNU plays next at Biola on Friday before hosting BU on Senior Day on Saturday.
