The Sea Lions came close to winning game two after a miraculous late-inning comeback, before the Eagles prevailed 9-8.

Trailing by four entering the top of the seventh and down to its final three outs,
Owen May and Moore hit back-to-back solo home runs to cut Point Loma's deficit in half.

PLNU then manufactured three more runs, the final of which came on
Levi Ham's sacrifice bunt, to put the Sea Lions up 8-7. However, the Eagles responded in the bottom half with two runs in a walk-off victory, sending the series back to San Diego.

Point Loma (39-10 overall, 35-7 PacWest) hosts Biola on Saturday on Senior Day, with the season-ending doubleheader set to begin at noon.
