(SAN DIEGO) The official 2026-27 PLNU Men's Basketball schedule is here.
The five-time defending PacWest champions Point Loma will host former conference foe Azusa Pacific on Halloween in an exhibition at 1 p.m. on Oct. 31.
The Sea Lions will then open its regular season by flying across the country to compete in the prestigious Small College Basketball Hall of Fame Classic for the second time, playing against Washburn (Nov. 7) and defending national champion Gannon (Nov. 8) in Lakeland, Fla.
PLNU will then return to California to play in the PacWest/CCAA Conference Challenge Nov. 13-14 against Cal State San Bernardino and Cal State Dominguez Hills in Carson.
Point Loma hosts Stanton in its regular season home opener on Nov. 18, followed by a trip up the I-15 to Cal State San Marcos (Nov. 21).
The Sea Lions will then play neutral-site games against Central Washington (Nov. 27) and Seattle Pacific (Nov. 28) in Costa Mesa before beginning PacWest play with a trip to Northern California to play at Jessup (Dec. 3) and Dominican (Dec. 5).
Point Loma hosts Westmont on Dec. 9 in its first conference home contest in a rematch of last season's PacWest Tournament championship, with an away game at Biola (Dec. 12) to follow.
PLNU concludes the 2026 portion of its schedule with home games against Grace (Dec. 19) and Westcliff (Dec. 30) before opening 2027 with three-straight games in Golden Gym against Vanguard (Jan. 2), Jessup (Jan. 7) and Dominican (Jan. 9).
Point Loma will then fly to the Aloha State for games at Hawai'i Hilo (Jan. 16), Hawai'i Pacific (Jan. 18) and Chaminade (Jan. 20) before hosting those same three schools Jan. 26, Jan. 30 and Feb. 4.
An away game at Westmont (Feb. 9) is followed by the team's last two home games against Concordia (Feb. 13) and Homecoming versus Biola (Feb. 20).
PLNU will then conclude its regular season schedule at Vanguard (Feb. 24) and Concordia (Feb. 27).
The PacWest Championships are scheduled for March 4-6 in La Mirada, with PLNU seeking a record third-straight conference tournament crown.
The NCAA West Regional is set for March 12-15, with Point Loma coming off three regional championship game appearances in the last four seasons.
The regional champions will then advance to the NCAA Championships (March 23-27) in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
