SAN DIEGO - Three matches in four days did not phase the Point Loma women's tennis team as it defeated Hawaii Hilo 8-1 on Tuesday for its third straight victory.
 
The Sea Lions are now 9-11 on the season as the Vulcans dropped to 3-18.
 
Point Loma opened the match with wins on courts 1-5 with the Vulcans forfeiting on court 6 due to lack of players. With the match already in their pocket, PLNU switched up its doubles teams and still got two of three.
 
PLNU will return to the court on Thursday, Apr. 9 at 2:00 p.m. to face local rival UC San Diego at 2:00 p.m.
