SAN DIEGO - The No. 31 Point Loma women's tennis team fell to No. 9 Hawaii Pacific, 9-0, on Tuesday, Mar. 1.
 
The Sharks improved to 5-0 on the season with the loss evened the Sea Lions' record at 4-4.
 
In doubles, Michelle Torres and Kirsty Mountain pushed their opponents to a tiebreaker on court 3, but the duo from HPU won the last two sets to take the match and give Hawaii Pacific the 3-0 lead.
 
Point Loma didn't fare much better in singles as the Sharks won on all six courts.
 
PLNU will return to action tomorrow against Nova Southeastern starting at 3:30 p.m.
