Crissa Jackson: women's basketball, 2010-12Jackson is in her first season with the Harlem Globetrotters. She recently completed an American tour with the team, and shortly will be heading back on the road for a European Tour which will include 77 shows, spanning 73 cities in 13 countries. Jackson signed with the Globetrotters in October of 2015, becoming the 13th female member to join the historic team. To see the complete release on Jackson signing with the Globetrotters click here.Â
Cheryl Schaefer (Bolding): softball, 2000-03Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
The two-time NAIA Player of the Year, and one of the most legendary softball players ever at PLNU is passing on her skills to the next generation. Schaefer is in her first season as an assistant coach with the University of San Diego softball team. Previously, Schaefer was the first-ever head coach of the San Diego Christian softball program, which she ran for two seasons. She is a member of the PLNU and NAIA Hall of Fames.

Marek Klassen: men's basketball, 2010-15Klassen seems to be enjoying his time playing for the UK based Leeds Force, as he has led his team to victories in three of their last four games. He averages a team-best 16.8 ppg which places him 11th in the British Basketball League scoring category. He is also first in the BBL in assists with 8.5 per game, third on the team in rebounding with 6.1 per game, and first in the BBL with 2.6 steals per game. Klassen has been voted three separate times to the league's weekly All-Star team. He is trying to lead his team to the British Basketball League playoffs, which the top 8 teams in the league qualify for. Currently they are one game out of the 8th seed, with a record of 10-16 (there is a two-way tie for seventh in the league with an 11-15 record). The Force next play on Friday, March 18th at 7:30 UTC (12:30 PST) against the 5th place Glasgow Rocks.

Hayden Lescault: men's basketball, 2010-15Lescault has made the most of his time with the German team BG Karlsruhe. In 21 games, he ranks second on the team in scoring (14.1 ppg, which puts him 22nd overall in the ProB South division) and assists (2.6 apg), while contributing 3.2 rebounds per game. Hayden played a major role in BG Karlsruhe's first place finish in the ProB South standings and helped earn the No. 1 seed for the conference playoffs. They will begin the best-of-three playoff round against the 8th seeded Recklinghausen (9-13 in ProB North) on Saturday, March 19th.
Sam Cyr: men's golf, 2006-09Cyr closed out the 2015 season with a 6-under 65 to earn the right to keep his Asian Tour card. The 29-year-old, who played under a sponsor's invitation, fired seven birdies against one bogey to finish on 11-under-par 273 at the event, which is the richest full Asian Tour tournament in 2015. After losing his card last season, Cyr, who has been injured for much of this year, has relied on limited playing opportunities on the Asian Tour but took full advantage of his opportunity at the Ho Tram Open to claim his best finish of 2015. Matt Rose: men's soccer, 2014Rose played with the Portland Timbers U-23s during the 2014 season. He made 11 appearances during the season including playing in the 2014 Chipotle Homegrown Game during AT&T All-Star Week in Portland.

Kaohi Downing: baseball, 2006-09Downing remains with the Los Angeles Dodgers organization. Last year, after playing for the Trois-Rivieres Eagles in Quebec, Canada, signed a professional contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers on Oct. 26, 2015. He was then signed again on Dec. 17 to a minor league deal and was assigned to Double-A with the Tulsa Drillers. Just recently, on Mar. 12, he was moved up as he was assigned to the Los Angeles Dodgers. Downing has made some changes since his time at PLNU, most notably shifting to the mound where he took on a reliever's role and now throws 95 miles per hour out of the pen. Last season with Trois-Rivières, Downing made 30 trips to the mound, went 3-0 with 10 saves. The right-hander also submitted an ERA of 3.41 with 38 strikeouts in 31 innings of work. Kaohi Downing was a 50th round selection of San Francisco Giants in 2009.

Colleen Planeta: women's basketball, 2006-10Planeta played the 2015-16 season with Etzella in Luxembourg and led the team to the Cup championship. In the finals she recorded a double-double with 24 points and 12 rebounds. Her team was last in the regular season standings but made the run in the postseason to win the league Cup. This was her first season playing in Luxembourg after playing the last two seasons in Australia. Planeta was fourth in the league in scoring with 24.0 ppg and second in blocks (2.5).
Jay Johnson: baseball, 1998-01Johnson is in his first season as the head coach of the University of Arizona baseball team. He was named head coach last summer. This season the Wildcats are 12-5. Prior to taking the job at UA, Johnson was head coach at the University of Nevada for two seasons. In two seasons at Nevada, Jay compiled a 72-42 record. In 2015, Jay led Nevada to a 41-15 record including the school's first ever Mountain-West title as well as leading the program to national rankings for the majority of the season, topping out at No. 19. He was named the Mountain-West Coach of the Year for 2015.Â
BJ Foster: men's basketball, 1998-01Foster just finished his third season as assistant coach for the Cal State University San Marcos Cougars where he has accumulated a 77-18 record. During his time as an assistant coach, Foster has totaled a 298-156 overall record as an assistant coach as well as eight postseason appearances. He assisted PLNU, Vanguard, BIOLA, and now CSUSM.
Carlotta Kloppenburg: women's basketball, 2012-14Kloppenburg just completed her first season as an assistant coach with the Winthrop women's basketball team. She was a graduate assistant with the Eagles in 2014-15 before being promoted. She has also served internships in the WNBA with the Indiana Fever, the Los Angeles Sparks and the Tulsa Shock.Â
