Box Score (SAN DIEGO) PLNU Women's Tennis has matched its longest winning streak in almost 30 years with a 7-0 victory over Linfield on Thursday.

Point Loma has now won 12-straight matches, the same number won by the 1996 PLNU squad to close out the regular season.

Against Linfield, PLNU claimed the doubles point by winning all three doubles matches, including a 6-0 sweep at No. 3 by
Anna Pallencaoe and
Jazlyn Miyamura.

Then in singles, the Sea Lions didn't drop a single set on their way to winning all six matchups.

Quin Brady didn't lose a game in her 6-0, 6-0 win at No. 3, while
Arianna Audelo lost only one game at No. 2 (6-0, 6-1).

Amanda Letzring (No. 1 – 6-2, 6-1), Pallencaoe (No. 4 – 6-1, 6-2),
Emely Valencia (No. 5 – 6,1, 6-2) and
Melissa Zirkle (No. 6 – 6-2, 6-1) completed the clean sweep for PLNU.
