(AZUSA, Calif.) PLNU Women's Tennis had all five singles players win their opening round matches on the first day of the ITA West Regional Championships on Thursday.

Anna Pallencaoe, eighth-seeded
Arianna Audelo and
Quin Brady all advanced to the Round of 16 in singles, marking the second-straight season Point Loma has had four players reach the Round of 16.

Kupfer rolled to a 6-2, 6-2 victory over Biola's Isabelle Karam and a 6-1, 6-2 win against Academy of Art's Evi Roobol.

Pallencaoe made quick work of Fresno Pacific's Daimy Paula (6-1, 6-1) before defeating Hawai'i Pacific's Sayda Hernandez (6-2, 7-5).

Audelo won her first-round match in a super tiebreak, prevailing over FPU's Halle Faherty (6-3, 6-7, 10-7). She then booked her spot in the Round of 16 with a 7-5, 6-3 win against Colorado Mesa's Makenna Livingston.

Brady made it four Sea Lions in the Round of 16 after a super tiebreak victory of her own in the Round of 32. She eased past Lea Mocher of Menlo (6-2, 6-1) in the opening round before beating Biola's Kailee Mazzeo (6-3, 4-6, 10-4).
Emely Valencia also won her first round match in singles over Bryn Johnson of Concordia (6-4, 7-5), before falling in the Round of 32.

Audelo and Brady then teamed up in doubles as the sixth seed to advance to the quarterfinals with a pair of 8-3 victories.

In the Round of 32, the duo beat FPU's Faherty and Paula, before defeating Azusa Pacific's Karola Suviste and Tina Moser.

The ITA West Regional Championships continue through Saturday.
