(SAN DIEGO) After the furthest postseason run in PLNU Men's Soccer history, reaching the NCAA Division II quarterfinals, Point Loma has retooled ahead of its 2026 campaign with the addition of 15 players.
 
"After an incredible 2025 season, we knew that we needed to add a quality group to help fill the gaps left by graduation and transfers," Head Coach Phil Wolf said. "We believe that we have done so in our recruiting class in 2026. Much credit goes to Brett Evans as he continues to lead the charge as our recruiting coordinator."
 
Of the 15, four joined the squad this past spring semester. In total, seven are transfers and eight are freshmen.

Wolf said: "Kaleb joins us from rival Azusa Pacific where he featured in multiple positions over the past two seasons. Kaleb is a wonderful technician that has a good feeling for our type of football. He will feature either in the interior or as an inverted left winger."

Wolf said: "Another player with MLS Next background, Cal arrives from Nashville, Tennessee. He has spent the majority of his developmental years with Nashville SC MLS Academy and, more recently, with Tennessee Soccer Club in the ECNL. He will provide us with good depth and competition in the central midfield."
