SAN DIEGO -- Junior catcher Ricky Gingras was selected to the All-GSAC team on Monday while freshman Marcus Heisner was named as the conference's Gold Glove second baseman. 

Gingras, from Palm Desert, hit a team-best .357 in 2012, collecting 56 hits in 157 at-bats. The left handed swinger belted six doubles with seven homeruns and 36 RBI.

Heisner, a freshman from Poway, posted a .988 fielding percentage and had 93 assists and 68 putouts while making just two errors.
