The Point Loma men's soccer team will start the 2015 season with an away game on Thursday, Sept. 3 against Cal State Dominguez Hills. The Sea Lions will then return to PLNU for the home opener against Cal Poly Pomona on Saturday, Sept. 5.

A look at the Sea Lions
PLNU enters the 2015 season with nine returning starters, including preseason All-PacWest selections Daniel ten Bosch and Tyler Allen, and 17 returning letterwinners. A look at the Toros
After a 9-9-2 season last year (6-4-1 CCAA), the Toros return to the field this Thursday, Sept. 3 to play the Sea Lions in the team's home opener. The Sea Lions and Toros have faced each other before in early season games with Cal State Dominguez Hills taking the win in 2013 and the teams drawing 1-1 when they met again in 2014.  
 
A look at the Broncos
Cal Poly Pomona returns 19 players to their roster this season. The Broncos went an impressive 10-1-0 in conference play and 17-1-2 overall during the 2014 season. They will travel to San Diego to play the Sea Lions Saturday Sept. 5.
 
Next Week
The Sea Lions will go into the week with two matches. The first will be Thursday, Sept. 10 against Cal State LA and the second will be Saturday, Sept. 12, against Sonoma State.
