Emma Thrapp is an All-American.
Thrapp was named a D2CCA Third Team All-American on Tuesday, as announced by the Division II Conference Commissioners Association.
The senior defender becomes the program's first multiple time Division II All-American in its NCAA era.
The Temecula native won her second consecutive PacWest Defender of the Year award this season, while also earning All-PacWest First Team and D2CCA All-West Region First Team honors.
Thrapp, who contributed three assists to the team's attack, anchored PLNU's backline that kept 12 shutouts on the year, including 10 in 11 PacWest games.
She also led all PLNU field players with 1,808 minutes played.
Point Loma finished the season with a 17-3-1 overall record, which included a fifth PacWest regular season title in six seasons, the inaugural PacWest Tournament championship and an NCAA West Regional championship appearance.
