(SAN DIEGO) The back-to-back-to-back PacWest champions are expected to do it again.

Point Loma also won its first PacWest Tournament a season ago.
 
The Sea Lions received nine of 12 first place votes, with Westmont (two) and Hawai'i Pacific (one) receiving the others. PLNU totaled 139 points in the preseason poll, followed by Westmont with 132.
 
After winning the conference regular season and tournament titles, Point Loma went on to win the West Region to earn a second trip to the NCAA Division II World Series in three years.

Entering its 2025 campaign, PLNU is also ranked No. 5 in the D2 Baseball Preseason Top 25.
 
Point Loma opens its 2025 season on Friday against Chico State. First pitch in Carroll B. Land Stadium is scheduled for 1 p.m.
