(SAN DIEGO)
Maddy Saruwatari was named PacWest Player of the Week, while PLNU Women's Soccer was tabbed as the conference's Team of the Week following a pair of victories in Northern California.
Saruwatari scored three goals across the two games to take her team-leading tally up to seven goals on the season.
She scored once and also assisted on a goal in Point Loma's 7-0 rout of Jessup on Thursday, as the Sea Lions set a new NCAA-era program record for most goals in a game.
Saruwatari followed that up with two goals in a 3-2 win at Dominican on Saturday, which kept PLNU unbeaten in conference play.
On the season, Saruwatari ranks third in the PacWest in goals (7) and points (16).
With the wins, Point Loma (6-2-5 overall, 3-0-2 PacWest) extended its unbeaten streak to seven matches.
PLNU will play at first-placed Biola (7-3-2, 4-0-1) on Saturday at 7 p.m. in La Mirada.
