(VISTA, Calif.) PLNU Women's Golf tied for 12th at the CSUSM Fujikura Invitational, played at Shadowridge G.C.
The tournament consisted of three rounds, two on Monday and the final round on Tuesday.
Mallory Hopper improved her score by one stroke in each round to tie for the team lead with
Zara Houghton on the individual leaderboard. Both tied for 53rd place.
Bella Gunasayan carded the best round of any Sea Lion in the tournament, shooting a 76 in Monday's second round. Her five birdies led the team.
Point Loma returns to the course April 4-5 at the RJGA Palm Valley Classic in its final tournament before the PacWest Championships.
