Mallory Hopper shot an even-par 72, moving up 14 spots to 14th place with 14 pars on the day.
Bella Gunasayan (21st) carded a 75 with two birdies on the back nine.
Shooting nine strokes better than in round one, Avery Sky (T-28th) shot up the leaderboard after carding four birdies in her second round, including three on the front nine.
As a team, the Sea Lions improved by five shots from their first round with a team score of 305.
