SAN DIEGO - Christian Hodson signed with the Point Loma men's soccer team and will join the Sea Lions in the fall out of Servite High School in Anaheim, Calif.
 
"Christian is another player that we are very excited about in the class of 2021," says Point Loma Head Men's Soccer Coach Phil Wolf. "His unique qualities of size and technique are not common for many players at this level. He possessed a quality left foot and has very good range in his passing. His dominant aerial game will serve him well as he competes for minutes as the left central defender."
 
The 6-1 midfielder was a four-time Trinity League Champion and a two-time honor roll student. The Huntington Beach, Calif. native was also avid in clubs being a part of the Investment Club, Film Club, and Car Club at Servite. The 2021 SHS graduate will study Business and Economics at PLNU.
 
"I chose PLNU because I wanted to continue with a faith-based education," said Hodson. "I wanted a campus that would integrate my love for God with my goals for the future. I look forward to surrounding myself with others who put Christ first in all aspects of life."
 
Hodson joins Duce, Trausch, Quieroz, and Hill in the Sea Lions' 2021 recruiting class.
